Does therapy help and what should I expect?
It is my intention to provide services that will assist you in reaching your goals. Based upon the information that you provide to me and the specifics of your situation, I will provide recommendations to you regarding your treatment. I believe that therapists and patients are partners in the therapeutic process.
You have the right to agree or disagree with my recommendations. I also will periodically provide feedback to you regarding your progress and will invite your participation in the discussion. Our first few sessions will involve an evaluation of your needs, from which I will provide impressions of what our work will include and with your feedback develop an initial treatment plan.

What types of therapy do you use?
It depends on what you want to work on, as i use an eclectic approach to therapy, i can draw from a number of therapeutic approaches to effectively help you address your concerns. A few I would like to highlight are the following:
